In China communist party members can’t preach any religion but they can visit mosques…and all mosques are funded by the government…it’s their system.
Chinese President Xi Jinping visits mosque in northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and sends greetings to Muslims on 9 August 2016.
“All ethnic minority groups and religions in China are born and developed within the 5,000-year-old Chinese culture. They will prosper only after taking roots in the culture where it was born,” said President Xi Jinping.
Chinese Muslims have been performing Hajj via Pakistan for decades.
